50 Years

Wow!  imagine celebrating 50 years of marriage.  This past weekend friends of ours did just that.  What a great time of celebration and thanking God for all of His wonderful blessings.
For the occasion I made this card.

The card is 5x5" so I used a piece of white cardstock 5"x10" and scored it at 5".  The front is done using the Cuttlebug and a Spellbinders Medallion die-cut.  Place the die-cut centered on the edge, set up the Cuttlebug to die-cut and run through to the half way point of the Medallion.  Back up and reset it to emboss the rest of the Medallion.  Trim in to the edge of the medallion on each side.  Use the ScorPal to score diamond pattern on the remainder of the front of card.  The flowers were made using mulberry paper and Stampin Up flower punches and layered on gold leaves.  Added gold pearls to the centers and on each diamond point.  The sentiment is computer generated and die-cut with a Verve tag and put on dimensionals.  Added some gold flourishes and gold metallic ribbon and a square of gold cardstock to the inside so it would show through the cutouts.

Ingredients:
Paper:  whisper white, gold cardstock
Ink: computer generated sentiment
Accessories:  Cuttlebug, Spellbinders Medallion die-cut, Verve tag die-cut, Stampin Up flower punches, gold leaves, gold pearls, gold metallic ribbon, flourishes, dimensionals

Blessings to all,
